SMI Bone Wax is indicated to control bleeding on bone surfaces. Itrnacts as a mechanical barrier to stop bleeding, exerting a haemostaticrnfunction.

A mixture of whitened bee wax (80%) and isopropyl palmitate (20%).rnIt is slightly yellowish and has a characteristic bee wax odour.
